How is the British Aesthetic Academy Different?
The UK's only all-in-one surgeon-led training course
Maximum of 4 Delegates per Group
We limit the size of our training groups to a maximum of 4 delegates per trainer & model. This ensures our training courses are interactive and that you will gain maximal hands-on live model practical exposure.
75% Training on Live models
75% of the 2-day course is practical training! You'll be injecting for a full day and a half on live models. During each course, each group of 4 delegates perform an average of 35-40 supervised Neurotoxin & Dermal Filler procedures on live cosmetic models. This provides invaluable experience and will boost your confidence before performing procedures independently.
Complications & Landmark Based Training
Safety is our priority! You will be taught how to avoid complications & how to manage them, including elective and emergency Hyaluronidase protocols. All procedures are also taught using an easy to follow and replicate landmark based approach. You will be taught how to inject, where to inject and the danger areas to avoid.
Pre-Course Learning
Upon booking the course, we send you an electronic copy of our comprehensive course guide and request you read this prior to the course. This includes all the theory you need, including step-by-step instructions of how to perform all the treatments. You'll also receive a phyiscal copy at the course!
We Include All Advanced Procedures
We don't hold back on your training! We include the Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, Tear Trough Filler, Chin & Jawline Sculpting as well as advanced cannula training. You won't need to book separate "Masterclass" courses, saving you an average of £2000 compared to other training academies!

We go through how to establish your own business, how to apply for jobs, the different employment & marketing methods, the importance of branding, partner prescribing, how to get insurance, how to register with pharmacies, where to purchase products and consumables and much more! Lifetime After-course Support
We understand the importance of having support after the course! We provide lifetime 1-to-1 access and support from our trainers via our WhatsApp channel. Though they can't provide remote patient specific advice for medico-legal reasons, they will be on hand to answer any aesthetics related queries including treatment techniques, product guidance and business related advice.

Course Entry Requirements
We tailor our training to all levels of experience through evidence based teaching methods. You do not need any prior experience in aesthetics to sign up to the course. As per Health Education England (HEE) requirements, registration on our course is only open to healthcare professionals fully qualified and registered with their respective professional regulatory bodies including:
• Doctors registered with the GMC
• Dentists, Dental Hygienists & Dental Therapists registered with the GDC
• Nurses & Midwives registered with the NMC
• Pharmacists registered with the GPhC
• Physician Associates holding membership with the FPA
• Paramedics & Operating Department Practitioners registered with the HCPC
You must be able to demonstrate a valid registration number to be allowed to participate in the course.

Scotland: Please note that whilst we welcome non-prescribing medical practitioners from the above list in Scotland, there is an additional layer of regulation in Scotland that is not present in the rest of the United Kingdom. Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) has introduced new regulations in 2022 which stipulate that non-prescribing medical practitioners are prohibited from performing Botulinum Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler procedures unless a prescriber is physically present at the site / clinic. Moreover, since 2016, HIS now also regulates private clinics in Scotland, meaning medical practitioners offering aesthetic injectable treatments must do so within a HIS registered site.
